Are there new-build apartments for sale in Chalandri?
Yes. Sachtouri 44–46 is a new A++ building in the centre of Chalandri with apartments and two maisonettes, each designed around its own concept. Every home has a heat pump, underfloor heating and new kitchens and bathrooms; the top-floor maisonette has a private rooftop pool.
What homes does Mareterra in Glyfada offer?
Mareterra, at Saki Karagiorga 77 & Lykourgou, is 250 metres from the Glyfada Golf Course. It has 192 m² maisonettes with a private garden and pool, 162 m² duplexes with sea views and 144 m² duplex penthouses with a 40 m² rooftop and private pool. Every home has a two-car garage and storage.
What does energy class A++ mean for a new home?
A++ is the top rating of the Greek energy performance certificate (PEA). In practice it means very low energy needs for heating and cooling. Every GP project is rated A++ and uses heat pumps, underfloor heating and high insulation.
How does antiparochi work with GP?
In antiparochi the landowner contributes the plot and we cover the design, permits and construction. When the building is finished, the landowner receives an agreed share, usually as finished apartments. We work mainly in the northern suburbs of Athens and in Glyfada, and we also buy land outright.
Can I buy a home in Athens from abroad?
Yes. We work with buyers abroad in English and Greek, hold online meetings and guide you through the steps of the purchase together with your lawyer.
